In case of need of additional money-return-guarantee we propose two ways:

1. Multisignature Electronic Wallet.

2. Escrow service.

Multisignature Electronic Wallet is the wallet that allows, in our case, two participants to spend its money only when both sides (participants) put their personal signature on each  a single transaction. In other words, there is no any chance to transfer money if one of the owner of the wallet doesn't want to.

Escrow service is the service that allow a third party to store all the money of participants. In our case, it means that any third party take investor's money and store it on its own wallet. The stored money will transfer to anyone only if a predetermined condition is met. What third party will be chosen and used it is totally up to the investors.
